Directions for use:

1. Clean the Area:

Begin by cleaning the area around the affected tendon. Use mild soap and water to ensure the skin is free from dirt, sweat, or other substances that could hinder absorption.

2. Shake the Tendon Liniment:

Give the tendon liniment bottle a thorough shake before use. This helps distribute the active ingredients evenly and ensures the linimentโ€™s effectiveness.

3. Apply a Small Amount:

Dispense a small amount of the tendon liniment onto your fingertips or spray the area.

4. Massage into the Tendon:

Using gentle and circular motions, massage the liniment into the skin over and around the affected tendon. Apply a moderate amount of pressure, enough to stimulate blood flow and promote absorption of the liniment.

5. Extended Massage:

If time permits, consider an extended massage session. This can be particularly beneficial for improving circulation and promoting the linimentโ€™s deeper penetration into the tissues.

6. Allow Absorption Time:

Allow the tendon liniment to absorb into the skin for a few minutes. During this time, you might experience a warming or cooling sensation, which is normal and indicates the liniment is working.

7. Repeat Application:

Depending on the severity of the condition, you can repeat the application multiple times throughout the day. We suggest 2-6 x daily, depending on the severity of the injury and pain.

8. Avoid Open Wounds:

Do not apply tendon liniment to open wounds or broken skin. Ensure that the liniment is used on intact skin to prevent irritation.

9. Consult a Professional:

If you have concerns about your tendon health or if the condition persists, itโ€™s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or a qualified practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine.

10. Storage:

Store the tendon liniment in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Secure the bottle tightly to maintain the linimentโ€™s potency.

As with any topical application, individual responses may vary, and itโ€™s prudent to conduct a patch test before widespread use. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice promptly. Additionally, consider combining the external application of the tendon liniment with appropriate rest and any recommended exercises or stretches for optimal results.
