Do not miss this amazing year! Our options have doubled this year - surely we are getting luckier with each day of practice.

We now offer Restorative Chi Kung for eliminating disease on Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:00pm AND Vitality Chi Kung & Tai Chi for strength, flexibility, balance and internal force from 6:00-7:00pm!!!
