WELCOME TO THE ART OF ACUPUNCTURE

Your new patient info and paperwork will be emailed to you.  Please click through and fill out your paperwork through our Janeapp booking software so your practitioner is able to review it before your appointment.

You begin your experience here at Art of Acupuncture as soon as you walk in. Relax in our waiting area surrounded by our retail plant selection and listen to the gentle chirping of birds in the nearby grand oak tree that shades our building. You will find it easy to relax and let go of the stress and tension of the day.  Being relaxed and receptive is the best way to get the best result from your treatment.

You will meet either Marianne or Lainie manning the central hub of the clinic and you should feel free to ask questions and check out the space. Please respect the volume level and keep phones turned off and voices calm so that patients receiving treatment can maintain their own relaxed and peaceful experience.

Your initial visit will typically take 1.5 to 2 hours. You will recieve a thorough examination using a variety of Traditional Chinese Medical diagnostic exams, such as Tongue and Pulse diagnosis, and a detailed review of all body systems followed by tailored treatment determined by your practitioner.

The second visit generally lasts an hour and will include a review of your results and a specific treatment plan will be established based on your response and individual case. Plan on up to an hour for follow up visits thereafter.
