This past year has brought so much upheaval—back-to-back hurricanes, rising costs, and emotional strain have left many in our community feeling stretched and unsupported, especially when it comes to prioritizing their own well-being.
At the same time, we’ve heard from countless women: “I know I need care, but I just can’t afford it right now.”
We took that to heart. And we created something in response.
We’re so proud to introduce the Monday Night Women’s Acupuncture Clinic—a new, low-cost offering held weekly at our practice. This clinic is designed to support women through the many seasons of life—whether you’re navigating stress, balancing hormones, working on fertility, or recovering postpartum. It’s a space for healing, connection, and care.
This offering is led by Nina, our graduate student intern who brings an extraordinary background to this work. Before pursuing her Master’s in Oriental Medicine at Dragon Rises College, Nina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from NYU and spent years as an oncology nurse at top institutions like Memorial Sloan Kettering and Moffitt Cancer Center.
But along the way, she began to sense there was something more she was meant to offer. She was drawn to holistic and energetic medicine—and her path unfolded through trauma-informed care, becoming a Reiki Master, and ultimately finding acupuncture, where it all clicked.
Now, Nina is blending her clinical training with her deeply intuitive approach to healing. She believes that treating physical symptoms means understanding the whole person—emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual. Each session she offers is guided by this philosophy and is always supervised by our lead acupuncturist to ensure the highest level of care.
This clinic isn’t just about affordable acupuncture—it’s about redefining what accessible, empowered care looks like for women. It’s about building resilience in our community and lifting up the next generation of practitioners.
Appointments are available every Monday night, and we encourage you to book early as space is limited. You can book here.
We can’t wait for you to meet Nina. And more importantly—we can’t wait for you to feel supported, held, and cared for.
