Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy, also known as Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT) or Photobiomodulation (PBM), uses specific wavelengths of red, near-infrared, and blue light to stimulate cellular activity and enhance tissue repair. This non-invasive treatment increases ATP production, supports mitochondrial function, and improves microcirculation, helping to reduce inflammation, accelerate healing, and alleviate pain.
How Red Light Therapy Works
Light energy is absorbed by photoacceptors in the mitochondria, stimulating the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate)—the energy source for cellular processes. This increase in cellular energy promotes tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and improves overall skin and muscle health. Each wavelength plays a targeted role:
- Red Light (640nm): Boosts collagen/elastin production, increases circulation, and supports skin and tissue repair.
- Near-Infrared (880nm): Penetrates deeply to reduce inflammation, enhance circulation, and support muscle/joint recovery.
- Blue Light (465nm): Destroys acne-causing bacteria and helps clear skin lesions.

Program Settings
Targets C. acnes bacteria to reduce breakouts. Red and near-infrared light also aid in calming inflammation and stimulating tissue repair. Ideal for acne lesions, oily skin, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Designed for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation. Stimulates fibroblast activity to increase collagen and elastin. Excellent post-treatment option following microneedling, peels, lasers, injections, or cosmetic acupuncture.
Deep penetration for muscle and joint discomfort. Reduces inflammation, promotes neurogenesis and angiogenesis, and supports healing of post-surgical incisions or injuries.
Temporarily opens fat cell membranes to release lipids, which are naturally excreted via metabolic processes. Leads to a reduction in fat cell size, improved body contour, and smoother skin. No cell destruction, downtime, or discomfort.
