I had the worst back pain in my life last week. A pain I don’t wish anyone has to go through. I couldn’t bend down to tie my shoes. I was scared to sit down because my back would lock and shoot this pain to where I could almost not get back up, sleeping was a nightmare I think I averaged 2hrs of sleep a night. I tried everything from chiropractor to deep tissue massage nothing worked. A friend recommended the Art of Acupucture which I was hesitant because I was never a believer of acupuncture and also scared of needles but I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything at this point. Literally If you said getting in a giant tub of tarantulas would fix my back I would have done it (thank God it didn’t have to get to that point). Walking into the Art of Acupuncture I had a sense of relief it’s so calm and everyone is so nice I automatically knew I was in good hands. I had Nikita as my lord and savor and after telling her about my pain and my fear of needles she promised it wouldn’t hurt and I would walk out better then I walked in. The acupuncture to my surprise is actually relaxing and no pain at all. Nikita is a miracle worker I left there feeling at least 70% better able to bend down and tie my shoes with little pain and by the second day back to 100%. she did recommend I get a homeopathic injection as well because I had a 6hr flight which I’m glad I did so be sure to ask he about that if you’re in a lot of pain. I can’t thank Nikita and the staff at the Art of Acupuncture enough for turning a non believer into a believer 🙏
